Sourcing Leader Benelux
Over the last years Mediq has grown fast organically and inorganically, driven by an aggressive M&A strategy. As the company continues to grow, Mediq seeks to create leverage of scale, skill and best practices in its commercial offering. With our European footprint, Mediq’s Sourcing spans across all geographies with a centralized category team and local sourcing teams. Mediq is on it’s way to build world-class sourcing function across the organization under the leadership of the VP Sourcing and is now building the Sourcing Organization. The Sourcing Lead Benelux will have the opportunity to take part in this exciting journey and shape the future of sourcing at Mediq. In this role you will be part of the global team and report directly to the VP Sourcing with a dotted reporting line to the EVP Benelux.
PMO Project Execution (Benelux)
As PMO for the Benelux, you will be central in aligning timelines and resources for our large projects, mainly cross-functional projects and programs. Procurement Project Manager
The Procurement Project Manager role is a temporary position (6 months assignment with a possibility to extend). In this role, you are responsible for a Structural Control improvement project for Indirect Procurement. You will act as a PMO for ongoing initiatives in this area including roll-out of PIF/PR/PO process, implementation & communication of new procurement policy, selection and implementation of e-sourcing and e-contracting tools. In order to support that you consider the implementation and usage of relevant sourcing systems and co-develop a roadmap for digitalization. Additionally, you drive the development and implementation of a training approach within sourcing.
Process Excellence Manager
As Process Excellence Manager you will be part of a small team of professionals within Mediq Benelux. You will play a key role in the development of Mediq’s process framework. You will be supporting and educating the business in the improvement and documentation of their processes with an End to End perspective. The Business Process Management capability within Mediq is still emerging, the focus and position of the team is still subject of change. The development of this capability plays a crucial role in executing on our strategy which is aimed to deliver the right and most efficient outcomes to European Healthcare.

PMO Global Transformation
At Mediq, we execute an ambitious transformation journey encompassing most of our business. Our mission is to deliver the right and the most efficient outcomes to European Health care by providing products, services, and solutions. You will be driving setting up and running the PMO to constantly monitor and challenge our progress (process, timeline, financial impact) across the strategic initiatives. That means extensive exposure to senior stakeholders across the organization and provide critical decision material to senior management meetings, strategy and budgets. It will also be a great development opportunity for a strong financial/data driven person to accelerate development with commercial and strategic exposure. You are an experience profile who will join the Transformation team, led by the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO), a member of the global management team (ExCo). Day-to-day, regional transformation directors (currently 4) are working with regional management teams and global functions to drive forward strategic initiatives.
