You take a leading role in the global digital team in developing improvements to the order portals for our customers in the Benelux and optimizing integrations with back-end systems. You work closely with colleagues who are active in Europe, the development teams, the sales, marketing and category management departments and of course our customers and partners. You also work intensively with the customer contact and IT departments, with the aim of increasing the agile mindset in the organization.
As a medior business analyst digital you also provide input for the strategic plan for the domain for which you are responsible. You proactively advise and support the business and shape (new) digital solutions. For this you supervise the definition, design, development and deployment. By taking the initiative in collecting customer and product information, you know exactly what is going on and your ideas, in consultation with product owners, are given the right priority on the backlog.
You have an engaging personality and you take responsibility for new initiatives. You show that you are strong in building and maintaining internal and external relationships and have the power of persuasion to get people on board with the path we want to take with our ordering platforms, with data and its quality playing an increasingly important role in decision-making. You are communicatively strong, have a problem-solving mentality and are driven to meet deadlines. You get energy from solving complex issues and you are able to quickly translate a large amount of information into concrete proposals for improvement.
You also have:
• A completed BSc or MSc education, preferably in a technical area.
• Knowledge of and experience with developing end-to-end improvement proposals and drawing up requirements.
• Knowledge of and experience with the development of e-commerce and digital customer solutions.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a business analyst within a digital environment.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in leading and taking E2E responsibility in digital improvement processes.
• Experience working in teams consisting of technical and non-technical roles and taking ownership.
• Experience with scrum & agile working methods, interacting with stakeholders, knowledge and insight into new forms of communication and trends in the field of e-Business.
• A good command of the English language and preferably also the Dutch language.
• An off the beaten track and out-of-the-box thinking mentality to come up with innovative solutions.
• Preferably experience within healthcare and web development projects.
• Willingness to travel (2 to 5 customer visits per quarter).
