What are you going to do?

In your role as IT Solution Manager Market To Order, your first responsibility is to monitor the quality of the application, including its performance and functional operation. You will also participate in one or more of the many projects and continuous improvement initiatives that must prepare the organization for the future. You will become part of the MTC team with 8 permanent employees, all of whom have 10 years+ experience. A very experienced team where everyone learns from each other, in a familiar environment with a pleasant atmosphere. We do not believe in an AMS model where internal people do not make adjustments to the system. We do this ourselves and we select candidates partly based on their hands-on customizing experience.

What is your background?

• Completed HBO or WO education with a specialization in business administration, logistics, economics or ICT
• 10 years+ experience with SAP CRM, especially in the field of Service Management.
• Due to the integration with SAP CRM, experience with SAP ECC (SD, MM, FICO) and SAP C4C (Sales Cloud) is also preferred.
• Experience with ABAP debugging, interfacing and IDoc processing is an advantage
• Good process thinker and used to working with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication skills, the link between IT and user organizations.
• Dutch & English speaking and writing
• Living in the Netherlands is a must

What kind of environment can you expect at us?

Global IT (location Utrecht – De Meern) supports in all countries where our customers are active and consists of three departments. The Digital team, consisting of four scrum teams that develop portals and e-Health solutions for hundreds of thousands of patients and healthcare professionals. Product owners, internal IT specialists and a large group of developers work in sprints to continually improve the various solutions. In addition, there is an IT Applications Backoffice team, consisting of 25 (Senior) SAP professionals, supplemented with offshore and local consultants. The organization will face challenging changes in healthcare in the coming years, and ultimately this team must ensure the translation to the back-office systems. Finally, there is the Infrastructure team, consisting of approximately 10 Specialists who are responsible for managing the outsourced infrastructure, helpdesk and other IT-related services such as PCs, telephony and laptops. The nice thing about working in Utrecht is that you work at the head office, where everything comes together. Here you will meet approximately 500 different employees and all aspects of their business.
