Wat ga je doen?

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor optimale rapportage over en analyse van de performance van de zorgverzekeraarsafdeling van Mediq. Hierbij lever je een substantiële bijdrage door proactief met prijs- en verbetervoorstellen te komen en businesscases te ontwikkelen.

Belangrijke taken zijn bijvoorbeeld:

  • Contractmanagers gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseren en ondersteunen gedurende het onderhandelingsproces en het contract borgen en monitoren
  • Impactanalyses maken van contracten en businessplannen
  • Rapportages over het businessplan, de contracten en compliance ontwikkelen en beheren
  • Procescoördinatie en optimalisatie van contractafronding, borging en contractinrichting in samenwerking met interne disciplines
  • Schakelen tussen de afdeling finance en het zorgverzekeraarsteam


In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Manager Data Analytics Sourcing & Zorgverzekeraars.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt een HBO+ werk- en denkniveau en tenminste twee jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
  • Je bent zeer analytisch en kunt procesmatig aan de slag
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en bent proactief en zelfstandig
  • Je hebt uitstekende vaardigheden in Excel
  • Kennis van SAP en COGNOS BI is een sterke pré
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ook kennis van de zorgverzekeraarsmarkt
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal (Dutch speaking only)

Op ons hoofdkantoor in Utrecht leggen we de basis voor de dienstverlening aan onze klanten. We hebben contact met klanten, zorgprofessionals, verzekeraars en leveranciers. Dagelijks helpen en informeren we vanuit Utrecht duizenden klanten. Met de grote afdeling Klantcontact is Utrecht het kloppend hart van onze organisatie. Utrecht is ook het (internationale) hoofdkantoor van Mediq. Hier vind je de groepsdirectie en internationale stafafdelingen zoals finance en IT. Tot slot vind je in Utrecht de directie van de Mediq Nederland-organisatie en de Nederlandse stafafdelingen zoals finance, HR, communicatie en kwaliteit. Leuk aan werken in Utrecht is dat je werkt op het hoofdkantoor van Mediq, waar alles bij elkaar komt. Je maakt hier kennis met ongeveer 500 medewerkers én alle aspecten van onze business.

Sourcing

The sourcing team enables Mediq to outperform competition by growth, profitability and value creation via the external supply base. It is a strategic function that leverages the scale of Mediq, drives tangible impact to the bottom line and enables new revenue streams via innovation and commercial partnerships. We continuously benchmark the internal organization against external best practices and mobilize the organization for change. And lead all commercial supplier communication and are committed to fair awarding, compliance and to tangible cost improvements.
