What are you going to do?

In this role, you will collaborate with HR colleagues in Germany, as well as in other geographies You have a primary focus on the German labor market, though exchanging experiences and recommendations to other clusters.

In social media aims to attract and retain as we position ourselves contemporary. In this role you will report to the HRBP of Mediq Germany Homecare as well as you’ll interact with Mediq’s CHRO.

Purpose of the assignment

Support Mediq’s employer branding development, initially, for Germany, pilot positioning in social media. Share experiences and support further (European) roll out.

Responsibilities:

1. Research & translate the Mediq brand to tangible employer brand drivers

Define a research strategy, work with local HR in Germany as well as interview current and potential employees in Germany on what matters when we position Mediq.

2. Propose a plan to pilot different employer branding initiatives

Using the company brand propositions well as your research, build a communications plan with different stakeholders, channels and subsequent messages. Strategic and operational development of the social media channels in consultation with the corresponding stakeholders. Creation of editorial and target group-oriented content in the field of online marketing

What is your background?

• You have recently graduated with a masters degree in Communication or media sciences.
• Dealing with the use of various social media, either through internship or during your masters education
• You have very good communication skills in German and English, both fluently.
• The ability to independently prioritize and carefully handle multiple tasks and sub-projects in time-critical situations is feature of you.
• Knowledge in the use of CMS Systems and image editing programs is desirable
