Through intensive and targeted cooperation with management and the business, you ensure the connection between HR and the organization. You play both a strategic and an operational role in this. You will work closely with your direct HR colleagues, but also with other functional disciplines. Important themes that are currently playing are organizational and leadership development, vitality and change management.
A completed education at Master level with at least three to five years of experience in a broad HR advisory function within an international and corporate environment. You have knowledge and experience in the field of organizational development and change processes. You are therefore self-starting, independent, creative and analytical. On the other hand, you like to solve operational issues, together with the line. You are an inspiring and solid professional. Good communication skills (oral and written) in English and Dutch are essential for this position.
